Me encantan estos pequeños pasteles de anacardos hojaldrados, que proceden del Líbano, cuya cocina me encanta. Había hecho esta receta en mi primer libro, Mes desserts, publicado por Flammarion en 2014. Tenía muchas ganas de volver a hacerlo para mi blog de cocina y compartirlo con vosotros. Es bastante demoníaco, porque cuando empiezas, ¡es un poco difícil parar! La receta es muy fácil de hacer y puedo garantizar que se crispa lo justo y los sabores son deliciosos. También puedes sustituir los anacardos por pistachos.

Palomitas crujientes de caramelo y cacahuete

¡Me encantan las palomitas y además son tan fáciles de hacer en casa! Una sartén con tapa y ya está. Me gusta lo salado o lo dulce, pero mi favorito son las palomitas de caramelo crujiente. Y con los cacahuetes tostados, ¡es un pequeño milagro! He tardado en elaborar esta receta y he estado pensando en ella durante un tiempo. Para encontrar la proporción adecuada de maíz y caramelo, y luego conseguir unas palomitas que no se peguen en absoluto a los dedos y se mantengan crujientes, tuve que hacer algunos experimentos. Para ello, tendrá que tomar la temperatura exacta del almíbar, y luego meterlo en el horno a baja temperatura durante 30 minutos para secar el caramelo. Es muy fácil de hacer y se puede conservar durante casi un mes. Bueno, ¡la dieta tendrá que esperar!
