Tarta de queso con chavroux, higos y nueces

Hoy me gustaría proponer un postre bastante especial. Me ofrecieron una colaboración con Chavroux para elaborar una receta con este famoso queso de cabra fresco. Pero la petición era mantener la forma tan reconocible. Podría hacerlo salado o dulce. Así que se me ocurrió una pequeña tarta de queso con higos sobre un shortbread de nueces reconstituido. El resultado es un postre ultra fresco y delicioso con muy poco azúcar. Mis amigos se quedaron boquiabiertos, preguntándose cómo sería. Yo mismo me sorprendí de lo bueno que era, ya que fui un poco a ciegas. Además, el postre se mantiene perfectamente sin gelatina ni agar-agar. La combinación del higo y la consistencia del queso de cabra da una cremosidad perfecta y sabores inesperados. Con el añadido del shortbread reconstituido con nueces y mantequilla semi-salada, ¡es una auténtica delicia! Y lo mejor de todo es que es muy fácil de hacer, ¡porque se consigue el molde con el Chavroux!
