Una pequeña maravilla en la boca, esa es realmente la sensación cuando muerdes un trozo de esta tarta. Una crujiente masa, una rica y suave crema de almendras, un tierno y fresco ganache con explosiva vainilla y jugosas frambuesas. Para esta tarta, os doy mi maravillosa receta de ganache de vainilla que desarrollé hace 7 años y que sólo había publicado en mi primer libro "mes desserts" (Flammarion 2014). ¡Nada complicado aquí y un visual que hará las delicias de sus invitados para el postre en pleno verano!
