¡Gracias a Hakim por enseñarme esta fantástica receta! Fue realmente fabuloso para mí poder hacerlos con un experto, sobre todo porque hacía tiempo que quería conocer los secretos de los baklawas. Ya lo había probado de adolescente, pero con láminas de hojaldre. ¡Pero prefiero mil veces esta receta casera! Hicimos las baklawas en un molde gigante así que dividí la receta por la mitad para adaptarla a moldes más adecuados a nuestros hornos. Creo que se puede llenar fácilmente un molde desmontable de 38 cm (en MORA) de diámetro con las cantidades indicadas...
