Recientemente me ofrecieron una colaboración con comme-a-la-boucherie.com , una carnicería familiar en línea (la familia Dubois) con sede en Rungis. El principio es simple: pides y recibes el pedido en cualquier lugar de Francia en cajas isotérmicas para una seguridad absoluta de la cadena de frío. Se ofrecen todas las carnes, pero también carnes excepcionales o embutidos. Como nos acercamos a Pentecostés, les ofrezco una receta de ternera italiana, ¡la famosa saltimbocca! Literalmente “saltando en la boca”, este plato aparentemente muy simple (¿casi demasiado simple?) es de hecho una delicia absoluta. El jamón crudo, la salvia y el vino blanco se combinan maravillosamente para crear un plato explosivo de sabores.
