No me culpes, pero no pude resistirme a publicar esta delicia durante el cierre. Lo había mencionado varias veces en facebook live, y aquí está la receta prometida. Así que sí, es probable que eches de menos la sémola, ya que no todos la tenemos en la alacena, pero puedes sustituirla por almendras o avellanas tostadas y picadas, aunque la sémola da un resultado increíble y puedes encontrar granos con bastante facilidad en las tiendas ecológicas. El resultado son unas tartas ultra crujientes y suaves con ganache de leche y praliné de avellana...
