La blanquette de ternera lleva mucho tiempo en mi lista de recetas para publicar en el blog. Se me había olvidado lo rica que estaba: una salsa ultracremosa y de sabores exquisitos. Para tener una carne muy tierna, se debe cocer durante cierto tiempo. Así que esta receta es bastante larga, pero la preparación es muy sencilla y muy rápida. Absolutamente puedes hacer blanquette con cualquier otra carne: pollo, cerdo, ternera, etc. En este caso, deberá ajustar el tiempo de cocción hasta que la carne esté tierna como desee.
