Un plato de lujo para una cena excepcional. Tuve el privilegio de recibir dos hermosas trufas negras del Périgord, por cortesía de mis amigos Maryse y Olivier, propietarios del Café Louise de Périgueux. Maryse es una excelente cocinera y os recomiendo encarecidamente que vayáis a probar sus platos. Me explicó cómo hacer el famoso risotto de trufa negra. Estoy completamente loco por ello. ¡Así que aquí está la receta de este plato explosivo! Lo único que hay que hacer es preparar la mantequilla de trufa (que yo congelo para tenerla todo el año) y el caldo para el risotto al menos el día anterior.
