Me estoy adelantando un poco a la temporada, pero he encontrado calabacines en la sección de productos ecológicos de mi mercado local. ¡De repente se me antojó el sol en el plato! Me encanta la mezcla de calabacín y albaricoque, así que quise hacer una tarta salada con ella. Con eneldo y parmesano, es una rebanada deliciosa que puedes acompañar con una ensalada verde.
