Es una temporada perfecta y en el estado de ánimo actual necesitamos un poco de confort. Hice estas galletas para mis alumnos del taller de chocolate, para el desayuno de trabajo. La receta es fácil de hacer y las galletas se hornean en 12 minutos. Calientes, serán perfectas. Por supuesto, puedes utilizar chocolate blanco o con leche en lugar de chocolate negro.

Galletas de especias y nueces

Cuando me encontré con estos mejillones en Estados Unidos, supe enseguida lo que iba a hacer con ellos porque son muy fotogénicos. ¡Y sé que me vais a preguntar dónde comprarlos, pero no tengo ni idea, porque era una liquidación y no había marca! Pero que no cunda el pánico, puedes hacer esta receta en moldes clásicos, o incluso sin molde, ¡haciendo galletas redondas! Lleva un poco de jarabe de arce y especias, lo que dará a los pasteles un espíritu navideño... ¡Me ha gustado!
