Poke bowl de atún y salmón con salsa de mango y pasión

Aquí está la tercera y última receta en colaboración con Uhaina Organic Beer. ¡Esta vez te propongo un poke bowl saludable, con arroz integral, salmón y atún marinados y muchas cosas ricas, para acompañar con una cerveza ecológica Uhaina IPA helada (medalla de plata París 2020)! ¡Es el verano en el plato! Suelo cocinar poke bowls, porque las pocas veces que los compro, siempre me decepcionan un poco, así que mejor hacerlo yo mismo. Además, pongo aquí una salsa de mango pasión que excitará deliciosamente las papilas gustativas.

Tazón de poke

Por el momento, puede que te des cuenta, pero estoy publicando menos. Estoy escribiendo mi próximo libro, que será publicado en noviembre por Flammarion, y que tengo en mente desde hace seis años. Espero poder contarles más a su debido tiempo. Por una vez, no estoy siendo demasiado tradicional, ya que os traigo un poke bowl más moderno que el poke original hawaiano, que es casi todo pescado, arroz y salsa muy rica. Aquí, muchas cosas buenas: aguacate, cilantro, semillas de sésamo, edamame y mango, todo sobre un arroz aderezado con vinagre o con aceite de sésamo tostado. Prefiero esta última versión. Un pequeño guiño a mi amiga Gaëlle, con la que he hecho este plato muchas veces. Este plato es delicioso y se prepara en menos de 20 minutos.
