Brioche de hojaldre

Como ya sabrán, acabo de terminar de escribir mi sexto libro, que será publicado por Flammarion el 18 de noviembre y que marca mi verdadero regreso al campo de la pastelería, aunque hubo algo en "Végéterrien" y en "Je fais mon chocolat maison". He estado alejado del blog durante un tiempo, pero sólo para volver a él. Esta vez os ofrezco mi receta de brioche de hojaldre, que realmente no es tan complicada de hacer en casa. Pero sobre todo el resultado es realmente delicioso y mantecoso. Con una simple mermelada, ¡es la merienda o el desayuno perfecto!
