Ya es hora de que me compre una nueva gofrera y os traiga más gofres bonitos. Pero mientras tanto os doy mi receta que guardo con mucho cariño desde mi infancia. Este es el que siempre he preferido porque hace unos gofres deliciosos, crujientes y ligeros por fuera y que se deshacen en la boca por dentro. Además, no son demasiado dulces, así que puedes compensarlo con muchas cosas prohibidas…
Receta de gofres de feria:
-500g de harina -150g de mantequilla -6 huevos -50g de azúcar -750ml de leche semidesnatada -1 cucharada de ron
Separar las yemas de las claras. Poner en un bol la mantequilla derretida, el azúcar y las yemas.
Añade el ron.
A continuación, un tercio de la harina.
Empezar a mezclar con un batidor de mano y añadir un poco de leche.
Proceder así, alternando un poco de harina y leche hasta agotar los ingredientes. Esto evita la formación de grumos.
La masa queda perfectamente lisa.
Batir las claras a punto de nieve.
Añadir las claras de huevo cucharada a cucharada a la mezcla anterior, levantando la masa para que no se bajen.
Caliente la gofrera y llene la máquina con la masa.
Cocinar como indica la marca utilizada.
Vuelva a cortar los gofres (si es necesario, ya que algunas máquinas hacen hermosos gofres individuales) y sírvalos con azúcar glas, fruta, etc.
