Incluso con el hermoso sol que tenemos, quiero cocinar cosas buenas. Tenía restos de pasta de praliné que había hecho y llevaba tiempo pensando en hacer galletas con trigo sarraceno y praliné. Con unos buenos trozos de chocolate grandes, ¡el resultado es una locura! Incluso los pasteles son absolutamente deliciosos… Por una vez horneo las galletas en círculos para que sean todas del mismo tamaño. Pero se puede prescindir de él. Fue sólo por diversión y para variar. En cualquier caso, lo estoy disfrutando, ¡aunque haga calor!
