Galletas… Creo que en el futuro publicaré regularmente una nueva receta en mi blog de cocina. ¡Me encanta! Es fácil de hacer, puedes tenerlos en todas las texturas diferentes y con muchas cosas diferentes para poner en ellos. Hoy es una versión muy clásica: chocolate blanco y nueces de macadamia, pero sigue siendo una auténtica delicia.
Receta para unas 15 galletas:
85g de mantequilla blanda
100g de azúcar
1 cucharadita de vainilla líquida
50g de azúcar moreno
1 huevo
205g de harina
1/4 de cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio
170 g de chispas de chocolate blanco
100 g de nueces de macadamia (¡tostadas y saladas!)
Poner en un bol la mantequilla, los azúcares y la vainilla.
Mezclar hasta obtener una especie de crema. A continuación, añada el huevo.
Mezclar de nuevo y verter la harina y el bicarbonato.
Para mi receta, puedes utilizar nueces de macadamia tostadas y saladas. Sólo tienes que cortarlos por la mitad.
Poner los trozos de chocolate blanco y las nueces de macadamia en la masa.
Mezcla una última vez (si tienes una KitchenAid necesitas la hoja (la K)).
Hacer bolas de 45g
Aplástalos ligeramente con la palma de la mano.
Hornear a 180°C durante 11-12 minutos. Las galletas deben parecer apenas horneadas. Sólo un poco de oro alrededor de los bordes. Al enfriarse, tendrán la textura perfecta.
Deja que se enfríen antes de comerlos mientras están calientes. A continuación, colóquelos en una caja hermética.
