Después del fondant de chocolate y el mi-cuit de chocolate, ¡te ofrezco mi cúpula de chocolate! Un pequeño pastel… ¡sin harina! El resultado es un pastel muy cremoso y achocolatado. La preparación es muy sencilla y el tiempo de cocción es bastante corto (25 minutos). El hojaldre se puede desmoldar perfectamente si se espera un poco y se utilizan los moldes adecuados.
Receta para 8 cúpulas:
-3 huevos grandes -200g de chocolate negro -50g de chocolate con leche -130g de mantequilla blanda -145g de nata líquida -135g de azúcar glas
Precalentar el horno a 150°C. Estos son los moldes que utilizo. Esta silicona negra profesional se puede encontrar en Mora o en Internet. Al igual que con mi receta de magdalenas, estos moldes no necesitan ser enmantecados ni enharinados. La masa puede verterse directamente en ella y hornearse. Sólo hay que dejar que se enfríe antes de desmoldar.
Poner la mantequilla, la nata y los chocolates en un bol grande en el microondas o al baño María.
Dejar que se derrita y añadir el azúcar glas.
Añadir los huevos enteros y volver a mezclar bien. Si el azúcar glas no se mezcla bien, se puede utilizar un batidor para batir y mezclar bien.
Poner la mezcla hasta arriba de cada cavidad, sin enharinar ni enmantecar.
Introducir en el horno y hornear durante 25 minutos a 150°C.
Dejar enfriar y desmoldar con cuidado. Si has utilizado el molde que te recomiendo, ¡no hay problemas de desmoldeo!
Dejar en la nevera al menos 2 horas antes de comer. Si las cúpulas se van a guardar en la nevera durante mucho tiempo, es mejor sacarlas treinta minutos antes de servirlas para que recuperen su cremosidad.
