La sopa satay phở es una variación bastante reciente de la sopa phở tradicional vietnamita. No lo vi durante mis viajes por Vietnam, sino en restaurantes de Francia. Ya sea tradicional o no, el resultado es simplemente una delicia. El caldo se enriquece con satay, es decir, chile, cacahuetes y azúcar. La sopa es un poco más contundente y picante, y se combina bien con las gambas grandes. Por supuesto, también se pueden utilizar albóndigas. ¡Sólo estoy esperando a que refresque lo suficiente para reconfortarme con esta sopa decadente!
