Cette semaine j'ai testé les crêpes (sarrasin) au lait ribot, elles étaient ultra moelleuses.
Je fais aussi des crêpes sucrées à la farine de châtaigne avec de la confiture maison c'est un grand moment.
Finalement les crêpes c'est comme on veut et quand on veut (à la maison c'est souvent…)
