Pas de problème à le réaliser car la recette est finalement très simple. Le résultat visuel était correct mais par contre, je suis plutôt déçue car en décongelant, le cheese cake a rendu de l’eau (l’eau contenue dans le chavroux) et du coup, a détrempé le sablé, ce qui est vraiment dommageable ! A la dégustation, je dirais ni vraiment un dessert car vraiment peu sucré, ni vraiment une entrée potentielle. Donc, pour une fois, je suis un peu réservée et je serais moins dythirambique que je ne le suis habituellement quand à toutes les recettes de ce blog. J’ai hâte de lire les commentaires des autres fans de Bernard.
