A rich, dense cake as I sometimes like them, but not at all dry, quite the opposite! Here I use roasted pistachios, orange zest and fine wheat semolina. The result is surprisingly fragrant. The fine wheat semolina, which is not couscous semolina, gives this cake a very special texture, and the orange blends wonderfully with the pistachios. <\/p>\n\n
