After the holidays and the galettes, I propose you a light recipe… Well I’m kidding, but I had made this cake and I have to post it on my cooking blog one day! It will be perfect for a snack for all banana, chocolate and peanut butter lovers. An unpretentious and very easy to make cake!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Recipe for a 30cm cake:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

• 270g of melted semi-salted butter<\/li>\r\n
• 240g of cane sugar<\/li>\r\n
• 230g of egg<\/li>\r\n
• 150g of banana flesh<\/li>\r\n
• 320g of flour<\/li>\r\n
• 5g of baking powder<\/li>\r\n
• 160g of chocolate chips<\/li>\r\n
• 250g unsweetened crunchy peanut butter<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  Put the melted semi-salted butter, cane sugar and eggs in a bowl and mix well.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

  Add the mashed banana flesh with a fork.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

  Pour in the flour and baking powder.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

  Mix well and finish by adding the chocolate chips.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

  Put parchment paper in a 30cm long cake tin. Pour a base of dough then put a few spoonfuls of peanut butter (for me the best brand is “Whole earth”, I’m not paid to say so! \ud83d\ude42 ).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

  Add more dough and then a few more spoonfuls of peanut butter and so on. until all the dough and the 250g of peanut butter are in.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

  Bake for 1 hour and 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 155\u00b0C.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n
