\nIt’s been a while since I discovered these magnificent dried Baglama figs filled with liver in the P\u00e9rigord. I really wanted to make them again for myself, but also for the blog and share the recipe with you. It’s done and it’s a real delight! It is quite easy to make and the result will obviously be even better with homemade foie gras!<\/p> \n \n
For 4 people :<\/p> \n \n

- 8 dried figs baglama number 1<\/li> \n
- 250g of semi-cooked foie gras (recipe HERE<\/a> or THERE<\/a>)<\/li>

Here are the Baglama figs n\u00b01 that I buy at G Detou, but you can find Baglama figs in oriental grocery stores or on internet.<\/p> \n

\nThey are tied together with raffia.<\/p> \n

\nSlice the foie gras into 30g portions.<\/p> \n

\nWrap each portion in cling film, then roll into a small sphere.<\/p> \n

\nSet aside in a cool place until the foie gras has reached a firm consistency.<\/p> \n

\nSeparate the figs by cutting off the rafia, but leaving a piece on the fig tails. Steam for 3 minutes.<\/p> \n

\nSlice the fig from the bottom and prepare the inside by peeling off the wall of the flesh.<\/p> \n
