Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Peter, mon cher ami am\u00e9ricain que je vous avais pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa magnifique recette de daube (voir\u00a0ICI<\/a>), j\u2019ai pu d\u00e9couvrir les toucans. Lors d\u2019un diner, il avait achet\u00e9 ces petites bouch\u00e9es croustillantes pour accompagner le caf\u00e9 et le Grand Marnier dans le magasin que j\u2019adore: \u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 la m\u00e8re de famille\u00a0\u00bb, boutique que je vous invite \u00e0 visiter de toute urgence. Je me suis gratt\u00e9 la t\u00eate et me suis demand\u00e9 comment cela \u00e9tait fait. J\u2019ai cogit\u00e9 pendant un petit moment. Puis je me suis dit qu\u2019il \u00e9tait temps de m\u2019y mettre. J\u2019ai tout d\u2019abord commenc\u00e9 par faire fondre du beurre de cacao avec un peu de chocolat, puis j\u2019ai ajout\u00e9 du pralin\u00e9 et de la p\u00e2te de noisettes qu\u2019il me restait \u00e0 la maison. En ajoutant des cr\u00eapes dentelles \u00e9cras\u00e9es, j\u2019ai obtenu une masse d\u00e9licieuse, mais qui s\u2019est fig\u00e9e en un bloc tr\u00e8s dur une heure apr\u00e8s ! Impossible de le manger autrement qu\u2019en le coupant \u00e0 la scie\u2026! J\u2019ai donc tout fait refondre et j\u2019y suis all\u00e9 par petites touches en ajoutant plus de p\u00e2te de noisettes et de pralin\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir la consistance id\u00e9ale. Enfin j\u2019avais la m\u00eame chose que les toucans de la m\u00e8re de famille ! Finalement cette recette est toute simple une fois que je vous donne les proportions. Pas besoin de thermom\u00e8tre. Il faut juste une poche avec une douille de 12mm et le tour est jou\u00e9. Mais m\u00eame sans, vous pourrez former de petites boules qu\u2019il suffira de rouler dans le cacao. En tout cas je vous pr\u00e9viens, une fois que vous aurez commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 y go\u00fbter, la boite ne se refermera plus !!<\/span><\/div>\n
