-500ml of very cold whipping cream<\/b><\/div>\n
-1 vanilla bean<\/b><\/div>\n

Put the very cold whipping cream in the bowl of a mixer (it is best to put the bowl with the whip and the cream in the refrigerator for an hour) with the powdered sugar and the inside of the vanilla pod. Whip on maximum speed.<\/i><\/div>\n

Heat a good quantity of butter (semi-salted is even better) in a pan or on the bilig.<\/i><\/div>\n<\/i><\/a><\/div>\nPlace an already cooked pancake on top (the top visible on the picture is the bottom of the pancake that I don’t cook!).<\/i><\/div>\n<\/i><\/a><\/div>\nAdd a little butter. Voici une recette que je voulais vous proposer depuis un moment. Quand j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 faire des cr\u00eapes (j\u2019ai fait une petite formation en cr\u00eaperie pour apprendre \u00e0 manier le rozell sur le bilig, voir\u00a0ICI<\/a>), j\u2019avais \u00e9galement appris comment les rendre croustillantes avec du beurre. Et surtout j\u2019avais vu comment leur faire garder la forme que l\u2019on veut. On peut donc tout \u00e0 fait en faire une sorte de corne d\u2019abondance garnie de fruits et de chantilly\u2026 D\u2019apparence tr\u00e8s 70\u2019s et un peu kitsch, ce dessert ne manquera pas de faire son petit effet !! Et surtout, c\u2019est tellement coupable de prendre un morceau de cr\u00eape toute craquante au beurre sal\u00e9 et de le tremper dans la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e vanill\u00e9e avec quelques fruits de saison !!
