Fall is here and I was craving chocolate fudge and chestnut cream. I post my recipe which gives not a fondant but an ultra fondant ! This cake contains no flour and holds together perfectly thanks to the long and gentle baking process. To be enjoyed in thin slices! <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Recipe of the ultra fondant with chocolate and chestnut cream :<\/h2>\n
 <\/div>\n
-150g of dark chocolate<\/b><\/div>\n
-50g of semi-salted butter<\/b><\/div>\n
-80g of soft butter<\/b><\/div>\n
-500g of chestnut cream (this is not the pur\u00e9e)<\/b><\/div>\n
-4 eggs<\/b><\/div>\n
-40g of powdered sugar<\/b><\/div>\n

Instructions:<\/h2>\n
Preheat your oven to 150\u00b0C.<\/i>
\nMelt the butters with the chocolate in a microwave oven or double boiler.<\/i><\/div>\n

Put the chestnut cream in a large bowl. I remind you that it is the sweet cream and not the chestnut pur\u00e9e.<\/i><\/div>\n

Add the eggs and mix well.<\/i><\/div>\n

Pour in the melted chocolate and butter. <\/i><\/div>\n

And also the powdered sugar. Mix to a smooth paste. <\/i><\/div>\n

Line a 20cm diameter springform pan with a removable rim. You can also use a normal 20cm mould but the unmoulding will be a bit more delicate. If you want a thinner fondant, then use a 22cm mold.<\/i><\/div>\n

Pour in the dough.<\/i><\/div>\n

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes. The cake will puff up and then fall back down after baking. Let it cool completely before chilling. <\/i><\/div>\n

L\u2019automne est bien l\u00e0 et j\u2019avais une cruelle envie de fondant au chocolat et cr\u00e8me de marrons. Je vous poste donc ma recette qui donne non pas un fondant mais un ultra fondant !! Ce g\u00e2teau ne contient pas de farine et se tient parfaitement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une cuisson longue et assez douce. \u00c0 d\u00e9guster en fines tranches !\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
