\nI like really <\/span>at times to return to the simplicity, because it very often gives excellent results. While helping the “Queens” cook one day, we made a chocolate cake. The customer had specified that he wanted a very moist, melting cake and above all, without flour. We developed the recipe a bit on the fly and it turned out really delicious! So today I’m giving you this recipe where roasted almond powder is a good substitute for flour. <\/div>\n

\n-125g powdered sugar<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-100g of dark chocolate<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-70g of milk chocolate<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-180g of butter<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-50g almond powder<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nMelt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler or microwave oven.<\/i><\/div>\n

\nPlace almond powder in a small pan.<\/i><\/div>\n
