I’ve been thinking about making these sort of chocolate sand roses for a long time, but I’m not a big fan of corn flakes. Until I try them at the Valentine’s! The treats are delicious with their nuts, hazelnuts and chocolate (milk or dark) tempered and crisp. Try it now! <\/div>\n

Recipe for 6 treats:<\/p>\n
-150g of cornflakes<\/span><\/b>
\n-70g of chopped nuts<\/span><\/b>
\n-70g of chopped hazelnuts<\/span><\/b>
\n-300g of milk or dark chocolate (ideally tempered couverture)<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
\nPut the cornflakes in a large container (when you mix them, they may overflow into a small container!).<\/i>

\nYou don’t want to see the color of the corn flakes anymore, everything has to be coated in chocolate. This means you have to mix for quite a while because there is enough chocolate for this amount of corn flakes, but it takes time to cover the petals perfectly.<\/i><\/div>\n

\nMaking piles. It is easier to use a 10cm circle. Fill the circle and press lightly without crushing the petals. <\/i><\/div>\n
