You may be familiar with the Peking Pork Buns, here is my version that I had in mind for a while! You will have to start by preparing the pork &#8220;char siu&#8221; but I give the recipe here! These buns (I made them small) can be eaten endlessly!  <\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">Recipe for about 20 small &#8220;lacquered pork buns&#8221; (you can also make larger ones!):<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">For the dough:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 packet of dry baker&#8217;s yeast<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-160ml of warm water<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-60g of powdered sugar<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-280g of flour<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-100g of wheat starch<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-30g of lard<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 teaspoon of baking powder<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Pig&nbsp;Char Siu:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-400g of boneless pork loin<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40g of maltose syrup (or glucose syrup at G Detou)  <\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40g of honey<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-40g of Hoisin sauce (pronounced &#8220;o\u00efe zine&#8221;, available at Tang fr\u00e8res)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-30g of clear soy sauce<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-15g of Mei Kuei Lu Chiew, the rose alcohol (54\u00b0!)  <\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 teaspoon of &#8220;Chinese five spice&#8221;.<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-3\/4 teaspoon of red dye  <\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 good pinches of baking soda<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 pinch of glutamate<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Filling of the&nbsp; brioche:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-all the meat cooked in the &#8220;char siu&#8221; sauce<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 teaspoon of hoisin sauce<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 teaspoon of oyster sauce<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/2 teaspoon cornstarch<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-5 to 6 tablespoons of &#8220;char siu&#8221; sauce cooked with the meat<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1\/4 teaspoon sesame oil<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 Chinese cives<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-6 drops of red dye<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 small pinches of baking soda<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\n<i>Start by preparing the pork &#8220;char siu&#8221; as indicated in the recipe by clicking <\/i><a href=\"http:\/\/lesrecettesdebernard.blogspot.com\/2010\/03\/le-porc-rouge-char-siu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n  <i>here<\/i><br \/>\n<\/a><i>!
