With apples, buckwheat flour and a good dose of half-salt butter, this cake can be made when there are clouds in the sky! Since this summer hasn&#8217;t been the most flamboyant or the hottest, this is a good reason to get into the kitchen.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nIngredients for a 24cm cake:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"\"><b>-120g of flour<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"\"><b>-80g buckwheat flour<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"\"><b>-2g of salt<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"\"><b>-5g of fresh yeast or half a packet of dehydrated baker&#8217;s yeast<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"\"><b>-200g of semi-salted butter<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"\"><b>-180g of sugar<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"\"><b>-3-4 apples or more<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"\"><b><br \/><\/b><\/span>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Put the flour and buckwheat flour in the bowl of a mixer or in a container.&nbsp;<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i><br \/><\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-P4dtIGl4osw\/U_ceC_IjDiI\/AAAAAAAAerg\/I7ClQs3wK_U\/s1600\/IMG_4154.JPG\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><i><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"266\" src=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/IMG_4154-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"400\"><\/i><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<i><br \/><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Add salt. It depends on the absorption capacity of your flours. If it&#8217;s too wet, add a little flour, if it&#8217;s too dry, a little water! Not easy because the dough is a bit temperamental! Spread out lengthwise again and fold in thirds again. Do this one more time. I had to put in a total of 4 apples.
