\n100% pistachio shortbread with an ultra-crisp texture. If, like me, you are a pistachio fanatic, then these little dry cakes are made for you… The recipe is ready in 5 minutes and the cooking will give off an incredible aroma. To be enjoyed with an ice cream for example! <\/div>\n

\nRecipe for 100% pistachio shortbread (for 14 shortbread):<\/div>\n

\n-140g of flour<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-25g of potato starch<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-110g of powdered sugar<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-50g of pistachio powder<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-110g of soft butter<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-1\/4 teaspoon baking powder<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-a good pinch of salt<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-65g of raw pistachios<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-1\/2 teaspoon bitter almond flavoring<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n

\nPut the flour, potato starch, pistachio powder, powdered sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. <\/i><\/div>\n

\nMix and add the soft butter. <\/i><\/div>\n

\nYou can mix by hand, it takes 3 minutes! Then pour in the half spoonful of bitter almond flavouring and the whole raw pistachios. <\/i><\/div>\n

\nStir to evenly distribute the pistachios. Then bring the dough back into a ball. <\/i>

\nWrap the dough in cling film and chill for at least two hours. <\/i><\/div>\n
\nWith a very good knife, cut 1cm thick slices. Hold the sausage firmly so that it does not break when you slice the pistachios. <\/i><\/div>\n

\nPreheat your oven to 180\u00b0C and place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. <\/i><\/div>\n
