I was told to go there to taste them. I fell in love with this simple recipe that can be made at home without any difficulty. They are perfect for dessert at a summer meal! They are nothing more or less than chouquettes filled with cream. I made them on instinct and made a vanilla custard mixed with whipped cream (with a little mascarpone). This recipe is not too sweet, ultra fresh and it will be even more irresistible if you put fresh raspberries in it. Best to prepare it the day before.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Put the 100g of egg yolks in a bowl with the inside of the vanilla pod, half the sugar (60g) and the cream powder.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;
