I think it is H\u00e9diard who proposes this version. I tasted it thanks to the show 100% mag. The result is really surprising and this association tends to perfection. It&#8217;s actually quite normal when you think about it! Wasabi is good in sushi with raw fish&#8230; In any case this tarama will undoubtedly delight the amateurs of strong sensations.
