\nI’m going to start making quiches again, because it’s really simple to make for an immediate and tasty result. It’s often spectacular too, because if you make it in a mousse ring (higher than a pie ring!) rather than a pie dish, it will look like a high-end quiche! This smoked salmon and spinach quiche will delight everyone, whether it’s hot, warm or cold. It will still be better when it comes out of the oven with the puff pastry still crispy. <\/div>\n

\nRecipe for a salmon and spinach quiche:<\/p>\n

-1 puff pastry (the “home” recipe, click HERE<\/a>)<\/span><\/b>
\n-500g of spinach<\/span><\/b>
\n-300g of smoked salmon<\/span><\/b>
\n-400g full cream<\/span><\/b>
\n-4 eggs<\/span><\/b>
\n-pepper, salt<\/span><\/b>
\n-40g of salted butter<\/span><\/b>
\n-1 tablespoon of olive oil<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\nWash spinach leaves carefully. I fill my sink with water, wash the leaves well, then rinse them.<\/i>
