We made this recipe last May during my culinary trip to Casablanca and Rabat (see the culinary trip <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2012\/05\/mes-voyages-culinaires-casablanca-et.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HERE!<\/a>). A delicious Moroccan recipe that can be used as a side dish for couscous. There is even a couscous composed only of semolina and tfaya (the couscous tfaya). I can&#8217;t tell you how amazing this cinnamon raisin caramelized onion recipe smells. A real delight and a real torture if you try to resist it! Because we can imagine accompanying it for other dishes!<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nRecipe of the tfaya:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1-1,2kg of white onions<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-3 cinnamon sticks<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-salt, black pepper<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 cube of saffron (or a few pistils of saffron or fake saffron powder)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-50g of butter<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-3 tablespoons of oil<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-50 to 100g of raisins (to taste)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 tablespoon cinnamon powder (not bulging)<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-4 large tablespoons of sugar<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPeel the onions and cut them into strips.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; Then you have to adapt it to your own taste!
