And this time it&#8217;s a risotto a little less traditional but nevertheless&nbsp;absolutely&nbsp;delicious: mushrooms in a creamy garlic cream for a melting risotto with parmesan. I wanted to cook shiitake (again after the <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2013\/02\/la-tarte-crousti-fondante-aux-shiitakes.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">shiitake pie<\/a>) and shimeji because I had plenty of them in the fridge after shopping at Tang&#8217;s. And then I started to make this risotto which is really good. You can replace these exotic mushrooms with much more classic ones and I&#8217;m sure this risotto will please anyway! Easy and addictive!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b>For this recipe, I used shiitake and shimeji. It is possible to use more traditional mushrooms instead.  &nbsp;Do not hesitate to leave in your comments the mushrooms that you will have put there.&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Shitake and shimeji risotto recipe for 4 people:<\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">Mushrooms in cream sauce:<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-300g of shimeji<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-300g of shiitake mushrooms<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 cloves of garlic<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2&nbsp;tablespoons&nbsp;of olive oil or butter<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-20cl of full cream<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 teaspoon chicken stock powder<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-salt pepper<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-chiselled ciaboulette<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-300g of risotto rice<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 shallots<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 tablespoons of olive oil<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 glass of white wine<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-950ml of chicken stock<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-50g of parmesan cheese<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-sel<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Start by preparing the creamed mushrooms. When it is, it&#8217;s ready! Taste to adjust&nbsp;the seasoning.
