\nYes, it’s done! I bought this kitschy cast iron dish! I’ve been wanting to have a hot plate dish like in a restaurant for so long… I cracked the recipe of the satay powder to be able to make it again at home, even if it is not very expensive in Asian grocery stores. This beef is very tasty and the sauce caramelizes on the hot plate. This plate makes the show, but you can do without it and serve the meat normally. But with her at the table, in front of everyone, the beef is sizzling, the sauce is sizzling, mouths are salivating!<\/div>\n

\nFor this recipe, I measure in teaspoons. I use measuring spoons for this. It’s easier than weighing (especially for such small quantities!!) just take the corresponding spoon and measure the spices, filling them to the brim. \nRecipe of the frying beef with satay sauce:

\nSatay powder (keeps very well):<\/span><\/b>
\n-150g unsalted roasted peanuts<\/span><\/b>
\n-30g of raw sesame seeds<\/span><\/b>
\n-50g of sugar<\/span><\/b>
\n-2 teaspoons garlic powder<\/span><\/b>
\n-1+1\/2 teaspoon of hot pepper<\/span><\/b>
\n-5 teaspoons of paprika<\/span><\/b>
\n-1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/span><\/b>
\n-1\/2 teaspoon ginger<\/span><\/b>
\n-ground grey pepper<\/span><\/b>
\n

\nBeef fry (serves 4):<\/span><\/b>
\n-500g of beef fondue<\/span><\/b>
\n-2 tablespoons of oil<\/span><\/b>
\n-2 cloves of garlic, crushed<\/span><\/b>
\n-1cm of grated fresh ginger<\/span><\/b>
\n-2 to 3 heaped tablespoons of satay powder<\/span><\/b>
\n-100ml of water<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Place the raw sesame seeds in a small blender and grind into a powder.<\/i><\/p>\n

\nBy putting it in a small jam jar and shaking it well, small pellets will form, perfectly resembling the powder on sale. It is the peanut that does this.<\/i><\/div>\n
