Recipe for Mamy Coco’s pastels:<\/p><\/div>\n

\n-500g of flour T55<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-1\/2 bag of baking powder<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-1 teaspoon turmeric powder<\/span><\/b>
\n-1 half teaspoon of salt<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-30g of margarine<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-10g of olive oil<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-1 egg<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-190ml of water <\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

\nBeef stuffing:<\/span><\/b>
\n-2 tablespoons of oil<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-350g of ground beef<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-2 onions<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-1 red bell pepper<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-1 beef stock cube<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-1 to 2 tablespoons of double tomato paste<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-1 teaspoon of yellow curry powder<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

\nStart by preparing the dough: <\/i>
\nPlace the margarine, olive oil, salt, baking powder, turmeric and flour in a food processor or bowl. <\/i><\/div>\n

\nKnead until you have a sandy mixture. <\/i>
