It&#8217;s done with this rabbit with prunes in an ultra tasty and creamy sauce! It brings back memories of my childhood. I hadn&#8217;t eaten one in ages! But this dish is still delicious. With a few steamed potatoes, you won&#8217;t even feel like you&#8217;re overdoing it. Well, almost!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Rabbit with prunes recipe for 6 people:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">-50g of butter<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 tablespoons of olive oil<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1,5kg of rabbit (saddle, leg of lamb&#8230;)<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-300g of smoked bacon<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 onion<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-3 cloves of garlic<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 large tablespoon of flour<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-350ml of dry white wine<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-500ml of vegetable broth<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-350g of pitted prunes<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"\">-salt pepper<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>Here is the, well the rabbits.<\/i><br \/>\n<i><br \/><\/i><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-j7PaJ1Jlfcg\/UpHzzYhBd4I\/AAAAAAAAajE\/cnwBfrgKz94\/s1600\/IMG_0184.JPG\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"266\" src=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/IMG_0184-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"400\"><\/i><\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<i><br \/><\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Put the olive oil and half of the butter in the casserole over high heat and place the rabbit pieces. The sauce will thicken very quickly. Of course, salt and pepper should be added to taste.
