Yes, I went there to meet Kazuo who wanted to teach me Japanese recipes. One of the advantages of having a cooking blog is to be able to meet a lot of people, always enriching! I learned with him some tricks to make sushi and maki. I will address them later on the blog. But to begin with, let me introduce you to the tamagoyaki, tamago meaning egg and yaki: grilled. It is a Japanese omelette, but very particular because it is slightly sweetened and also contains dashi. It is especially its design that is worth a look! You can eat it warm or cold, it doesn&#8217;t matter and devour it as is or on rice to make sushi.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nRecipe of tamagoyaki:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-6 eggs<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-40ml of water<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-2 teaspoons of sugar<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 teaspoon dashi powder<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<b><span style=\"\">-1 pinch of salt<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>In the 40ml (or grams) of water, put the sugar.&nbsp;<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i><br \/><\/i><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-aBw28eC9b5k\/U6rPgUCwXsI\/AAAAAAAAeKY\/0L-wCaSJ4eg\/s1600\/IMG_3868.JPG\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><i><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"266\" src=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/IMG_3868-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"400\"><\/i><\/a><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<i>Add the dashi powder.
