They recently asked me to think of a new recipe for their Cook Processor. I had tasted this salty porridge in the restaurant Bol Porridge in Paris almost a year ago and I had kept it in a corner of my mind. I propose here my version. The coconut milk wheat is deliciously creamy and pairs perfectly with the honey-sesame chicken and crunchy peanuts.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">For the chicken&nbsp;:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><b style=\"  font-family: inherit; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tablespoons of olive oil<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b style=\"  font-family: inherit; font-size: 12pt;\">2 chicken fillets<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b style=\"  font-family: inherit; font-size: 12pt;\">1 teaspoon of honey<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"\">1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">For the porridge&nbsp;:  <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 half onion<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">3 tablespoons of olive oil<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">250g pre-cooked wheat (ebly type)<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">500ml of chicken broth<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 carrot<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">250ml coconut milk<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">a little coconut cream to serve<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">100g unsalted roasted peanuts<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">a few sprigs of coriander<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">salt, ground pepper<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Cook the chicken with the olive oil<br \/>\nin the cook processor tank with the &#8221;&nbsp;stir assist&nbsp;&#8221; and<br \/>\nselect &#8221;&nbsp;stew&nbsp;&#8220;.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>Cook<br \/>\nfor 10 minutes and then pour in the honey and sesame. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.<br \/>\nminutes. Set aside.  <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\n<span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Place the blade &#8221;&nbsp;multiblade&nbsp;&#8221; and put<br \/>\nthe peeled half onion in the bowl (no need to clean it&nbsp;). Press<br \/>\non pulse to reduce it to small pieces.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Replace with the &#8221;&nbsp;stir assist&nbsp;&#8221; and pour in the olive oil.<br \/>\nPress &#8221;&nbsp;stew&nbsp;&#8220;, program at 120\u00b0C for 35 minutes (total).<br \/>\nCook for 5 minutes then add the wheat and chicken broth and the<br \/>\ncarrot peeled and cut into small pieces Let it turn and cook for<br \/>\nabout 20 minutes until the wheat has absorbed the broth. Pour<br \/>\nThen add the coconut milk and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Salt and<br \/>\npepper to taste. Reheat the chicken and serve the porridge with it.<br \/>\nthe pieces of chicken with honey, a little coconut cream, a few drops of<br \/>\npeanuts and coriander leaves.
