A little bulgur, a lot of quinoa, green bell pepper, crunchy carrot, fresh herbs and a few cranberries for color and a touch of sweetness, you’ll put some sunshine on your plate! \nFresh quinoa salad recipe for 6 people:<\/div>\n

100g of fine bulgur<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n

300g of quinoa<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n

4 tablespoons of oil<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n

1 teaspoon of honey<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n

1 carrot<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n

1 tomato<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n

1 green bell pepper<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n

1\/2 shallot <\/span><\/b><\/li>\n

100g of cranberries<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n

1 small bunch of chives<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n

1\/2 bunch of coriander<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n

\nHere is the fine bulgur.<\/div>\n

\nPour 200ml of boiling water over it and let it rest. <\/div>\n

\nCook the quinoa in a large pot of boiling salted water for 14 minutes (counting from the time you pour the quinoa into the boiling water).<\/p>\n

\nAfter cooking, transfer the quinoa to a fine sieve and rinse it with cold water to cool it completely. <\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
\n <\/a><\/div>\n
\nPlace the well-drained quinoa with the bulgur in a large container.<\/p>\n
\n <\/a><\/div>\n
\nAdd the olive oil and honey.<\/p>\n
\n <\/a><\/div>\n

\nPour in the cranberries.<\/p>\n
\n <\/a><\/div>\n

\nThe vegetables will have to be cut finely. You can slice them thicker, but that’s what makes for a pretty salad with lots of elements everywhere! <\/div>\n

\nStart by slicing the seeded bell pepper.<\/p>\n
\n <\/a><\/div>\n
\nThen cut the slices into small cubes.<\/p>\n

\nThe same goes for the tomato.<\/p>\n

\nAnd the carrot.<\/p>\n

\nDon’t forget the shallot.<\/p>\n

\nFinely chop the chives and coriander.<\/p>\n

\nSalt the salad to your taste and leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours before enjoying it under a beautiful sun!<\/p>\n
