For a while now in Brazil, we have been seeing these salted waffles with cheese. They are naturally gluten-free thanks to the tapioca starch. They are ready to cook in a few minutes and are ultra crispy and very soft inside&#8230; A delight!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nFor a dozen waffles of queijo:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">275g of tapioca starch<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">250ml of semi-skimmed milk<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">100g of semi-salted butter<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 egg of 60g<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">50g of parmesan cheese<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">75g of grated Emmental cheese<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nI&#8217;m doing a little reminder, even though I&#8217;ve already talked about it several times. This is tapioca starch which is sometimes called tapioca flour. However, it is really a starch and you can find it in Asian grocery stores and in some organic stores.
