\nIt’s time for me to get a new waffle maker so I can show you some better ones! But in the meantime I give you my recipe that I have kept preciously since my childhood. This is the one I’ve always preferred because it makes delicious waffles that are crisp and light on the outside and melt-in-the-mouth on the inside. Moreover, they are not too sweet and you can make up for it with a lot of forbidden things… <\/div>\n

\n<\/a>Recipe for fairground waffles:<\/p>\n

-500g of flour<\/span><\/b>
\n-150g of butter<\/span><\/b>
\n-6 eggs<\/span><\/b>
\n-50g of sugar<\/span><\/b>
\n-750ml of semi-skimmed milk<\/span><\/b>
\n-1 tablespoon of rum<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Separate the yolks from the whites.<\/i>
\nPut the melted butter, sugar and yolks in a bowl.<\/i>
\n
\n<\/i><\/p>\n

\n<\/i><\/div>\n
\nAdd the rum.<\/i><\/div>\n

\nStart mixing with a hand whisk and add a little milk.<\/i><\/div>\n

\nProceed in this way, alternating a little flour and milk until all ingredients are used up. This prevents the formation of lumps.<\/i><\/div>\n

\nThe dough is perfectly smooth. <\/i><\/div>\n

\nAdd the egg whites spoonful by spoonful to the previous mixture, lifting the dough so they don’t fall out. <\/i><\/div>\n
