They are deliciously filled with a lemon cream that holds together and doesn’t give the macaroons any moisture. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n-110g of sugar<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-the zest of a lemon<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-40g of almond powder<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-15g of cornstarch<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n-1 sheet of gelatin<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
