Before my culinary journey that I will publish very soon, here is this delicious mushroom, potato and dill soup. This is rich as can be, with cream and a little vinegar to excite the taste buds! A big thank you to Michal Suchanek from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chefparade.cz\/en\/czech-food\/\">Chef Parade<\/a> for sharing his recipe with us!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Czech soup with mushrooms, potatoes and dill:<\/p>\n<div>\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<b><span style=\"\">Vegetable broth :&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 stalk of celery<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 carrot<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 parsnip<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 head of garlic<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 shallot<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">salt, 10 black peppercorns, 10 juniper berries<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<b><span style=\"\">For the soup:<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><b><span style=\"\">250g of pink mushrooms<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">2 firm-fleshed potatoes<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 onion<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">2 heaping tablespoons of flour<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 liter of broth&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1\/4 teaspoon caraway seeds, coarsely ground<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 small bunch of dill<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">100ml full cream<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">100ml sour cream (or heavy cream and a little vinegar)<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 tablespoon of cider vinegar<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">30g of semi-salted butter<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">4 eggs<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">salt pepper<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\nFirst, prepare the vegetable broth. For this, prefer organic vegetables. Put them with the salt, pepper corns and juniper berries in 1.2 liters of water and bring to the boil.
