This granita requires only a few ingredients: good almonds, sugar and water. In a few minutes everything is ready for the turbine and in 30 minutes the job is done. The granita is then unctuous. Otherwise, put it in an airtight jar in the freezer. In the next 3 hours, it will still be fine. Any longer and it will get harder. But then you just have to take it out before you eat it!
