And maybe you saw my wonderful vanilla ganache? I systematically give it a taste during my classes and every time the students love it. I wanted to find this sensation in small pots of cream with the same creaminess as in <a href=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/2015\/04\/les-cremes-caramel-de-la-mere-clo.html\">Clo&#8217;s caramel creams<\/a>. And by adding fresh raspberries, it&#8217;s really incredibly sweet. A perfect texture and a fresh and bewitching taste, I present you my last little folly to make you forget the swimsuits of this summer!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nRecipe for 6 wonderful creams:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">30g of sugar<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 vanilla pod<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">250ml full cream<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">250ml of milk<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">80g of egg yolk<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">220g white chocolate (Valrhona ivory couverture)&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">2+1\/4 gelatin sheets<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">250g of fresh raspberries&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<span style=\"\"><b><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nStart by emptying the inside of the vanilla bean into the yolks mixed with 15g of sugar.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-ENm-t9nDIbI\/VYmP6AzsT3I\/AAAAAAAAjUs\/jBPCmrRdlnM\/s1600\/IMG_9139.JPG\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\"  imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"266\" src=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/IMG_9139-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"400\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nMeanwhile, bring the milk, the emptied clove, the cream and the remaining 15g of sugar to a simmer over low heat.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-DKWwuzNCdaY\/VYmPuWE5DeI\/AAAAAAAAjUc\/QJuO1deDLlA\/s1600\/IMG_9138.JPG\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\"  imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"266\" src=\"https:\/\/stagingapp15670.cloudwayssites.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/IMG_9138-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"400\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: justify;\">\nWhisk the yolks\/sugar\/vanilla together to whiten and fluff as much as possible. Because otherwise the raspberries will cook!
