So they&#8217;re not cookies per se, but rather somewhere between a cookie and a flapjack. The consistency is fluffy and very similar to a flapjack. They are not very sweet and the flavor of the orange and the chocolate combine perfectly. Half a cake is enough to settle the stomach for a snack! But I can&#8217;t help it, that&#8217;s what I like!&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>\n<a name=\"more\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nRecipe for a dozen cookies:<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"\">185g of cane sugar<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"\">1 egg&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"\">180g fat (butter or margarine, see below)<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"\">230g of oatmeal<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"\">230g of flour T55<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"\">zest of one orange<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"\">135g of milk chocolate in pieces, chips or chunks<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"\">60g of milk chocolate for the decoration<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nMix the cane sugar, egg and fat. I used Fleurier here because I wanted a very flapjack feel with a very particular consistency.
