It&nbsp;is not consumed as is, but like the praline, is the basis of many recipes. It only takes a few minutes to make this delicious sweet dough, which will be used for pralines, gianduja, hazelnut creams, cakes, cookies. Then put them in a clean cloth and rub them well against each other. They will then peel themselves. If they are not&nbsp;all of them, nothing to be alarmed about!
