I suggest these original harchas, stuffed with homemade tapenade express. A delight for the aperitif ! The harchas are durum wheat semolina cakes widely consumed throughout the Maghreb. This version with tapenade was given to me by my friend Lala Meryem, and Bouchra. I thank them again for agreeing to share this delicious recipe with us here! You can cook them in a pan or even in the oven.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<\/div>\n<p><a name=\"more\"><\/a>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Tapenade :&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">225g of black olives<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">5 sprigs of parsley<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 half clove of garlic<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">25g of anchovies<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">10g of olive oil<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<b><span style=\"\"><br \/><\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<p><b><span style=\"\">Harchas:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">620g of fine semolina (not couscous semolina!)<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">100g of semi-salted butter<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">60g of oil<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">1 teaspoon of salt<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">2 packets of baking powder<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">175g of whole milk<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"\">150g of water<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>First, prepare the tapenade.<br \/>\nPut the olives, garlic, parsley and olive oil in a container or blender.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; This will help us for the future.
